The Belair National Park is a popular spot for many wedding parties to stop off and have a walk about for their photo session. The park incorporates some stunning traditional Australian bush scenery along with family-friendly areas to sit about have enjoy a picnic.
Wedding ceremonies can only be held here with special permission from the park custodians. Generally wedding ceremonies held here take place on one of the sprawling grassy areas, conveniently services by public car parks. Up until recently the most common spot to hold a ceremony and reception while taking advantage of the park was the Belair Country club – but it has since closed down.
