The Earl of Leicester Hotel is a sprawling, old-school haunt with a lounge, a gaming room and a restaurant serving gastropub food.
You can describe the Earl of Leicester Hotel as a suburban Adelaide pub with an impressive wine list, daily food specials and entertainment five nights a week.
Whether you are hosting a casual cocktail reception party or a private dining party, the Earl of Leicester and Warwickshire Rooms are available for you.
The Warwickshire function room is a versatile venue that can cater to cocktails, private dining and other wedding functions. The Warwickshire Function Rooms offer a private bar that can house about 100 guests for a cocktail party or 80 people for a seated party.
The Warwickshire Room offers a wide range of spirits, beers and wines.
To select the wines, spirits or beers, you will have to choose one of their beverage packages; bronze, silver or gold. They also offer Cocktail Drink packages for that extra something special to be served on arrival or throughout the event.
The functions manager will work with you in selecting your menu and the quantity of food the chef will provide for your wedding (which will be based on your numbers, of course.) You can request special diets and considerations such as a vegetarian-friendly menu, vegan options, and gluten-free options.
A free in-house sound system compatible with iPod or MP3 audio is available. Their playlists are made up of a terrific mix of funk, house, soul, jazz, and lounge music.
If this isn’t what you want for your wedding ceremony, feel free to bring your music with an iPod or MP3 player.
If you’d prefer to also come along with your DJ, speak with the functions manager so you can reserve the equipment you need for hire.
The function room has an ‘old English pub’ vibe and decor. However, it is okay if you bring decorations like balloons and free-standing decorations.
But decorations that need to be stuck or pinned to the walls aren’t allowed. Also, scatters, confetti or glitters are prohibited.
Suppose you are hosting your wedding ceremony between Monday and Thursday. In that case, the function room is free if you spend a minimum of $500 on drinks and food combined.
If your wedding reception is happening on a Friday, the function room costs $100, and you must spend a minimum of $750 for drinks and food combined.
On Saturday, the function room costs $100, and you must spend a minimum of $1000 for drinks and food combined.
The Warwickshire function room is an ideal place to host a wedding reception. This room exudes luxury and exemplifies grandeur.
