The National Wine Center is a premier function center located right next to the Adelaide Botanic Gardens, and a short walk away from the very center of the city. The space boasts a large number of separate, private function rooms suited for hosting a number of functions, including weddings all at once without really stepping on each other’s toes.
As it is the National Wine Center, the building was built to showcase the South Australian wine industry and is therefore decorated in such a way, to the point that the very building itself has been designed to remind visitors of the inside of a wine barrel.
While mainly a function center catering for receptions, your wedding ceremony can also take place in the small, private lawned area just out the back of the National wine center, joining to the Botanic Gardens via a short walk.
Photo locations are vast and numerous with the majority of weddings making use of the nearby botanic gardens, but a short walk or car drive will take you to the impressive architecture found on North Terrace.
