The gardens offer several locations for ceremonies, with the jewel of the property being a stunning concrete gazebo rising above the groomed European-styled gardens.
The Wedding Garden, located on a gradual incline, provides panoramic views of the neighbouring hills, which include vineyards, apple orchards, and farms.
The Wedding Garden is accessed via a classic Arch, which leads along a short road lined with towering Pencil Pines.
The Garden’s showpiece, a sandstone Grecian ‘Temple,’ is located at the end of the aisle and is unique – it is the first in South Australia. More than 40 standard ‘French Lace’ Roses line the ‘Aisle’ leading up to the Temple, which blooms from late October until the end of May.
Temple is situated in front of expansive lawn terraces, which means your close friends and loved ones can have a front-row seat when you say ‘I do’.

The Restaurant Dining Room is perfect for smaller, more intimate reception parties. The Restaurant Dining Room can accommodate up to 40 seated guests and 60 for a cocktail party. It features neutral decor, gold-framed mirrors, Louis XVI chairs, and other antique items.
Inspired by the spectacular gardens of Tuscany and Provence, the Silvestri yard is an excellent background for your wedding photos.
You will be assigned a wedding concierge to help you arrange your celebration. Your concierge will ensure that you have exclusive usage of Silvestri’s for the duration of your ceremony, which will last 5 hours.
You will receive full table settings with cutlery, dishware, and glassware. White cloth napkins and floor-length white table linens, a cake stand and a cake knife will also be made available to you with complete staffing requirements.
DJs, Jazz Ensembles, String Ensembles, and Acoustic Ensembles are all acceptable forms of entertainment. Any other sort of amplified music (Rock Band, for example) must be approved by management. Before making your reservation, please consult with the event Manager about your entertainment needs.
Silvestri welcomes children; however, they must be strictly watched at all times. Children below the age of two are free, while children from two to ten are charged 50% of the food and beverage prices. Children over the age of ten will be charged as adults.
